Deep Focus

Deep Focus is an optional mode that helps you avoid distraction. While you read or listen in Wird, it blocks other apps on your phone so you can stay devoted to the Qurʼan. The moment you end your session, everything returns to normal.
How does it work?
Turn Deep Focus on directly from the reading or listening view. While it's active, apps that could distract you are blocked, and the moment you finish the block lifts automatically. Essential system features, like phone calls and emergency calls, always stay available.
You're fully in control
Using this option is entirely voluntary, and you set it up yourself. You turn it on and off whenever you like. This is your personal tool for better concentration, not a means of monitoring or parental control.
Privacy first
Deep Focus uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls). The choice of apps you want to block is processed solely on your device as anonymous tokens.
- Data security: Wird never sees the list of your apps.
- No sharing: No usage or Screen Time data leaves your device or is sent to us or any third party.
- No ads, no selling, no profiling: none of it is ever used for advertising, sold, or linked to your identity. The usage statistics are anonymous and aggregate: counts of which features are used, tied only to a random identifier.
How to turn it off
Ending your reading or listening session removes the protection automatically. In addition, you can revoke Screen Time access at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings), which disables Deep Focus completely.
In short: Deep Focus runs solely on your device and is entirely voluntary. Wird collects no data through this option.
